Mallary: There are so many opportunities for what roles you could work in. From the smallest town to the biggest city, we have roles that you will want. For instance, you could work in HR, media, communications, or professional services. If you want to work with families, why not become a case worker? If you want to stop reoffending or help people out, why don't you become a community corrections officer or work in corrective services or youth justice? And most importantly, we are family friendly. We have flexible working arrangements, which means that you could work part time or have staggering starting and finishing times, and what is most suitable for your family commitments and needs. Whatever you choose to do, you'll be making a positive impact.

Information alert

Please note that at DCJ we commonly use the word "Aboriginal", recognising that Aboriginal people are the original inhabitants of NSW, the part of Australia we are responsible for. We acknowledge and respect that Torres Strait Islander people are among the First Nations of Australia and that both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people are an important part of our staff and the communities we work with.
