The Department of Communities and Justice, Legal (DCJ Legal) maintains a panel of legal practitioners. Representation may be provided by DCJ Legal lawyers, or the matter may be referred to a legal practitioner who is on the Legal Services Panel (the Panel).
The Panel consists of solicitors/advocates and junior barristers.
The Request for Tender for inclusion on the Panel closed on 22 March 2023. Applicants will be advised shortly of the outcome.
