Apply for Assistance

If you have been served with a:

  • Notice to provide a Statement of Information; 
  • Notice to provide Documents or Other Things; or
  • Summons to Appear and Give Evidence

you may wish to apply for assistance with DCJ Legal. 

It is important that you contact DCJ Legal as soon as possible by telephone. This must be followed with a completed Application Form and copy of relevant Notice or Summons emailed to this Office within 48 hours (see DCJ Legal contact details).

If you receive a request for an interview by the  ICAC, LECC or NSWCC

It is suggested that you contact DCJ Legal in the first instance to discuss the making of an Application.

Assistance beyond ICAC, LECC or NSWCC Proceedings

The assistance provided by this Office does not extend to proceedings outside the ICAC, LECC or the NSWCC for example criminal charges, disciplinary matters and defamation actions.
