Bushfire recovery support now in one place

Individuals and businesses impacted by bushfires can now access information about essential government services all in one location.

The Bushfire Customer Care service, administered by Service NSW, has specialists who can provide ongoing personalised support. They can help connect bushfire affected customers with:

  • accommodation advice
  • relevant charitable services
  • mental health and wellbeing services
  • support for businesses
  • clean-up services
  • financial assistance
  • insurance and legal support
  • replacing lost ID
  • volunteer RFS and SES payments.

To connect with a Customer Care specialist, call Service NSW between 7am–7pm on 13 77 88.

Information about the Bushfire Customer Care service is also available in-person at Service NSW Centres, NSW Mobile Service Centres, NSW Bushfire Recovery Centres and on the Service NSW website.
