Staff are well informed on the process of reasonable adjustments and feel confident to apply.

Communications are effective, increase in staff applying for reasonable adjustments.

Status Notes:

September 2023 - Promotion of resource guides for employees and managers on accessing reasonable adjustments in the workplace

Promotion of awareness raising activities across the district for International Day of People with Disability on 3 December.

To June 2022 - Regular communications to staff from HR Business Partner and District newsletter prompting staff to update diversity information is SAP- including identification of disability and any needs for reasonable adjustment in the workplace. Linked to International Day for People with Disabilities 3 December annually
