Project objective

Promote Thrive Disability Awareness E learning modules to all staff- Managers and Employees.

Promote Departmental resources to clients/carers who also care for people with disability.

The challenge

Staff are educated in disability awareness to promote inclusivity and departmental resources are promoted to clients to inform and educate.

What will success look like?

Inclusivity of people with disability and well informed staff and clients.

December 2023 - Ongoing promotion of available supports for employees with a disability and their managers, links to intranet diversity and inclusion pages on MFWW District Sharepoint site and New Starter Pack, to make information easier to find

July 2022 - Regular promotion through district newsletter, and inclusion in District Learning & Development Plan
