The sharing of intimate images without consent - 'revenge porn'

On 5 September 2016 the Attorney General announced that the NSW Government is proposing to specifically criminalise the distribution of intimate images without consent ('revenge porn').

The Department of Justice has developed a discussion paper which identifies issues and poses questions to assist in developing a new offence specifically directed at this behaviour.

The Department of Justice invited people who are interested in the development of a new offence to tell us what they think.
