Project objective

This playbook will provide contemporary digital learning resources to support Department of Community and Justice (DCJ) employees and managers in better understanding Inclusion from a Disability context.

What will success look like?

  1. Increased awareness of Disability across the Department
  2. Increased engagement scores through PMES particularly around  learning and development opportunities and provide broad access to learning for all employees to build their awareness of working with and supporting colleagues with disability

Initial scoping session planned to determine components of the Inclusion Playbok to be launched in the latter half of 2022 via the DCJ Learning Management System.
