Division: Housing, Disability and District Services
Hunter & Central Coast District Inclusion Action plan has been co-developed with staff and identifies ways that we can make our district more inclusive, leverage our diversity to create more opportunities for both staff and clients and make Hunter and Central Coast district an even better place to work. The plan focuses on six key areas, including disability.
Recruiters will have more confidence and be able to better tailor the recruitment process to ensure people with disability have equity. Increase numbers of people with disability entering talent pools.
Appropriate workplace adjustments are made for people with disability to improve productivity and ensure that performance is measured appropriately.
