Text alternative to NSW Practice Framework infographic

A picture of concentric circles where each circle represents a part of the NSW Practice Framework. The largest circle surrounds all the other circles. It represents culture.

The next circle represents the structures and systems  that support practitioners and the decisions we make about children and families.

The next circle represents the language, principles, standards and values that unite practitioners in their work with children and families.

The next circle includes all of the evidence informed approaches that support us: Family Finding, Motivational Interviewing, Dignity Driven Practice, Safety Centred Practice and Structured Decision Making.

This is followed by a group of 4 circles that represent practitioner capabilities. These are the skills that all other elements of the framework before help to support. The 4 practitioner skills are: working with family and culture, purposeful partnerships, assessment, building lifelong connections, influencing change.
