The Bushfire Customer Care service, administered by Service NSW, has specialists who can provide ongoing personalised support. They can help connect bushfire affected customers with:
- accommodation advice
- relevant charitable services
- mental health and wellbeing services
- support for businesses
- clean-up services
- financial assistance
- insurance and legal support
- replacing lost ID
- volunteer RFS and SES payments.
