Project objective

Establish 'Community Inclusion' as the central hub for NSW citizens to find information related to Access and Inclusion.

Establish 'Workplace Inclusion' as the central hub for Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) Staff to find information related to Access and Inclusion. 

The challenge

This work addresses the challenge of many pieces of content relating to 'Access and Inclusion' spread across DCJ website and intranet.
This is important because of the risk of duplicate/contradictory content relating to 'Access and Inclusion' on public facing site that will attract negative comments, criticisim and impact the organisational reputation.

What will success look like?

Community Inclusion space on DCJ website will be a central place for citzens to access information and services related to 'Access and Inclusion'.
