Tenders and business opportunities

For information about doing business with the NSW Government please visit the buy.nsw Supplier Hub.

If you are interested in tendering for future government opportunities, we recommend that you register your organisation with the NSW Government buy.nsw Supplier Hub as well as DCJ's Procurement Central.

Once you have registered, you are advised to monitor both websites regularly for tender opportunities.

To register with buy.nsw Supplier Hub

Visit the buy.nsw Supplier Hub and follow the guidance to Register to sell.

If you require assistance, please email buy.nsw@customerservice.nsw.gov.au or call the buy.nsw Service Centre (during business hours):

Phone: 1800 679 289 or International +61 2 8229 2322

To register with Procurement Central

Visit the NSW Department of Communities and Justice Procurement Central Portal and follow the standard registration procedures.

Please ensure your company does not register more than once. You can choose multiple categories of interest on the one account. Having multiple accounts can result in some accounts missing out on future tender opportunities.

Please note: Your username will be your email address and you must opt to reset your password to access your account.

If you experience any difficulties with the registration process on Procurement Central, please contact the helpdesk using the details below.

If you are in Australia: call 02 8074 8627

If you are outside of Australia: see overseas phone numbers or email customersupport@jaggaer.com

NSW Government contracts register

As per the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (No 52) (Part 3, Division 5, section 35), DCJ maintains a register of government contracts that records information about each contract to which DCJ is a party that has (or is likely to have) a value of $150,000 (including GST) or more.

A copy of DCJ’s government contracts register is published on the NSW Government eTendering website.

The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 also requires the contracts register to include a copy of each Class 3 contract.

You can access Class 3 contracts on the department's 'Class 3' contracts page.

To request contract information, please refer to the DCJ Agency Information Guide.
