Programs and initiatives

DCJ programs and initiatives are designed to look for new talents to work in various sectors across the NSW Government, and also to prepare and educate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students with skills for roles within DCJ.

Paid employment in a Graduate and/or Cadetship program for Aboriginal law graduates and students.
We’re looking for bright and resilient graduates for caseworker roles.
A program made to aid Veterans on their career path
An initiative designed to prepare and welcome key frontline public service workers to regional NSW.
Program to educate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students with employment skills.
