The DCJ Housing Assistant role is an entry-level role that reports to the Client Service Team Leader.
Your main focus in this role is to support client service delivery. This involves providing information to clients as well as referring client enquiries and information from clients to the relevant colleague in the DCJ Housing team.
As a DCJ Housing Assistant you'll also provide information including reports as well as carry out administrative tasks relevant to the client service function.
