Statement of Business Ethics
The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) conducts all its purchasing, contracting and commercial partnership activities according to the principles and practices outlined in the agency's statement of business ethics.
Tenders and Business Opportunities
For information about current business opportunities with us please visit NSW Government eTendering.
If you are interested in tendering for future government tender opportunities, we recommend that you register your company with NSW Government eTendering as well as Procurement Central.
Once you have registered, you are advised to monitor both websites regularly for tender opportunities.
To register with NSW Government eTendering
Visit NSW Government eTendering and follow the standard registration procedure.
If you require assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call NSW Procurement Service Centre (during business hours):
To register with Procurement Central
Visit the NSW Department of Communities and Justice Procurement Central Portal and follow the standard registration procedures.
Please ensure your company does not register more than once; you can choose multiple categories of interest on the one account. Having multiple accounts can result in some accounts missing out on future tender opportunities.
Please note: Your username will be your email address and you must opt to reset your password to access your account.
If you experience any difficulties with the registration process on Procurement Central, please contact the helpdesk using the details below.
DCJ divisions are required to keep a register of government contracts that record information about each contract that has, or is likely to have, a value of $150,000 or more. Details of how to access these can be found on each client service division website.
DCJ Register of government contracts
DCJ maintains a register of any contract with the private sector valued at over $150,000 in accordance with Division 5 of Part 3 of the GIPA Act.
Current register is located on the NSW Government eTendering website.
